Buy & Ship
Most vintage shops in Koenji post their inventory on Instagram but don't sell online. If you see something you want, send us the link and we'll handle the rest — walk to the shop, buy it, pack it, and ship it to your door.
1. Find
Browse shops on our map or their Instagram/website. See something you want? Copy the URL or screenshot it.
2. Send
Send us the item link/screenshot + your size and shipping address via email or DM.
3. Pay
We confirm the item is still available and send you a PayPal invoice (item + fee + shipping).
4. Receive
We buy, pack, and ship with tracking. Delivery photos sent before dispatch.
Pricing
- Service fee: 20% of item price (minimum ¥2,000)
- Shipping: Actual cost (EMS or tracked airmail via Japan Post)
- Payment: PayPal invoice — pay after we confirm availability
- No hidden fees: You see the full breakdown before paying

FAQ
Why can't I just buy directly from the shop?
Most Koenji vintage shops are brick-and-mortar only. They post items on Instagram but don't have online stores or international shipping. That's where we come in.
What if the item is already sold?
Vintage is one-of-a-kind. We'll check availability first and only send you an invoice if the item is still there. No charge if it's gone.
Can you check if an item is in stock before I commit?
Yes, that's exactly how it works. Send us the item, we verify it's available, then send you the invoice. You only pay after confirmation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide via EMS (3-7 days) or tracked airmail (7-14 days) through Japan Post.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal only. We send an itemized invoice so you see exactly what you're paying for.
What if the item doesn't match the photo?
We send you our own photos of the actual item before shipping. If there's any discrepancy with the listing, we'll let you know and you can cancel.
Can you buy from multiple shops in one order?
Yes. We'll combine items into one shipment to save on shipping costs.
